Wedding Cakes Overview
For their wedding cake, the bride and groom had a choice of yellow, chocolate and carrot cake with a variety of fillings and icings. All cakes were made from our own recipes, and filled with European butter-cream icing. This icing is moderately sweet and very light and tasty. Our special blend of flavoured ingredients produced its unique taste. The icing was also available in these flavours: vanilla, lemon, rum, mocha, almond, or orange. Wedding cakes were iced and decorated with butter-cream icing, white chocolate icing or fondant (rolled Australian icing).
To decorate wedding cake, people chose designs from the wedding cake gallery, or brought their own design. Each tier is 4" high, so each serving is 2”x1”x4”. Carrot cake is 3” high.
We offered our own custom cake design or cake was designed based on their own concept or those found in decorating books and bridal magazines.
