This cake consist of an arrangement
of 80 cupcakes which are individually cut from a sheet
cake. Each cupcake is filled and wrapped in a vellum paper collar and
then finished with soft icing roses. Traditionally the
top tier is served to the bride and groom and their parents. The cake serves 96 people. The flowers are made from your choice of sugar paste, soft icing or royal icing. |
