Cake: 6-9-12” round chocolate and vanilla
Filling: Chocolate/Rum and Vanilla butter-cream.
The cake is covered with European butter-cream icing and decorated with the cut out designs that are from rolled icing and applied to the cake.
The little cut out designs are connected with the icing to resemble the lace. The cake is finished with two large sugar bows, off white roses and sets of red and gold berries that are made from edible sugar paste.
The ribbon and bows are brushed with edible pearl powder to add a special effect.
