This elegant vanilla-flavored cake is filled with two layers of European butter-cream icing and covered with soft Italian icing. The sides of the top layer are decorated with small hearts and the bottom tier with triple dots. The middle tier is decorated with cornelli lace design. The cake is completed with pearl beads at the bottom of each tier.
Cake top and the side flower arrangement are hand molded roses, calla lilies, forget-me-not and stephanotis which are made from edible sugar paste. The green swirls are made from the florist wire and the two butterflies are store bought.
