This beautiful 3-tier wedding cake is made from lemon sponge and filled with lemon-cream filling. It is iced with butter-cream icing and covered with fondant. Sea shells and sea creatures are made from edible sugar paste. Large scallop shells are pearlized with edible pearl powder and clam shells are marblelized to coordinate with wedding theme. |
