Cake: 8-10-12-14-16” square sponge cake Each tier is made of a five – multi-layers of chocolate, mocha and sponge cake and is filled with European butter-cream icing in chocolate/rum, vanilla and mocha flavour.

The cake is covered with off-white rolled Australian icing. The colour and the embroidery on the sides of this cake are matching the bride’s gown.

On top of the cake is a replica of the bride’s bouquet of John Storry Orchids, Red Roses and Bear Paws.
