This cake is vanilla flavored filled with 2 layers of European butter-cream icing and thin layer of custard. The cake is covered with butter-cream icing and decorated with approx. 250 small royal icing apple blossoms in burgundy and white leaves.
The sides of the hexagon cakes have triangle baskets made out of sugar paste and filled with apple blossoms. The bottom cake is finished with 6 filigree swirls.
Cake top is covered with matching burgundy flowers.
